- Unopened Products: Products that are sealed and in their original, unopened condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund
- Incorrect Orders: If you received an incorrect item, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost
2.2 Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date
- Products that have been tampered with or are not in their original condition
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping
4.1 Standard Returns
For standard returns (change of mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

If you are a consumer in New Zealand, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. This policy’s time limits for “change of mind” returns are additional to your CGA rights and do not replace them.
